Ashley: Size 16/17 regular department store bottoms (she was a 14/15 regular pre-pregnancy) with muscular legs wears size 15 in these fitted and 14w for a softer fit waist.  She is a 30 inch inseam inside leg crotch to ankle and 32 inches to the ground.  Make sure to measure your inseam to know where they will fall on your frame.
