Judy Blue "Cats Meow" Bootcut Jeans

My fave fabric ever is NOW in a bootcut jean!  This pair is perfect for our shorter inseam ladies at only 30-31 inches in length.  With a 3 inch or wedge these are full length on our 27-28 inch inseam ladies (measure crotch to the floor for full inseam length).

These are the same fabric as some super stretchy pairs like Smitten and Whiskers in the legs but the waist on these is more true to size.  Ash is a 16/17 wearing the 15 in these.  In some previous styles with this fabrication she wore the 13.  But true to size (even size minus one) will be perfect. 

Quick Sizing Help: True to size (Even Size Minus One)

2-16 Regular store sizing: Take your even size minus one to find your odd size (example a 12/13 in stores is an 11 in Judy Blue)

14w-24W Regular Dept Store Sizing: Take your even size minus one to find your EVEN base plus size (example a 16/18 is a 14w and a 20 is an 18w)

14w-24w Lane Bryant/Torrid: Stay in your normal size (if smaller waisted then follow dept store sizing above)

Regular 2-16 Regular Sizing: Take your smallest EVEN size pant size and size down ONE (IE size 8/9 wears a 7 and 12/13 wears an 11) for a soft fit waist. 

Size down TWO if you don’t carry weight in your tummy (IE Size 8/9 skip the 7, wear the 5 and 12/13 skip the 11 to wear the 9) for a fitted waist

Size 16/17 wears a 15

Size 14/15 wears a 13

Size 12/13 wears an 11

Size 10/11 wears a 9

Size 8/9 wears a 7 (or a 5 if no tummy weight/scars etc)

Size 6/7 wears a 5 (or a 3 if no tummy weight/scars etc)

Size 4/5 wears a 3 (or a 1 if no tummy weight)

Size 2/3 wears a 1 (or a zero for fitted if no tummy weight)

14w-24w Torrid Lane Bryant ladies: If you know your Torrid/Lane Bryant size, Stay true to that size since these brands run similar to Judy Blues.  If you’re smaller waisted then follow regular dept store sizing.

14w-24w Old Navy/AE/Gap/Maurice/Catos/Target sizing: take your department store size and size down ONE to find your base Judy Blue size.
