Size 16/17 wears a 15 roomy and 13 LOCKED AND loaded   (Ash wears the 15)

Size 14/15 wears a 13 roomy and 11 locked and loaded

Size 12/13 wears an 11 roomy and 9 locked and loaded

Size 10/11 wears a 9 and 7 locked and loaded

Size 8/9 wears a 7 (or a 5 if no upper tummy weight/scars etc)

Size 6/7 wears a 5 (or a 3 if no upper tummy weight/scars etc)

Size 4/5 wears a 3 (or a 1 if no upper tummy weight)

14w-24w Torrid Lane Bryant ladies (who don't have a smaller waist): Stay true to that size since these brands run similar to Judy Blues.  If you want a super fitted waist, you can size down one more.
